The initial purchaser is defined as the first person to purchase a new Coleman Powersports product from an Authorized Retailer. The limited warranty period for this product is 90 DAYS from the date of the purchase as shown on the original sales receipt. The Product is warranted to be free from manufacture defects in material and workmanship for a period 90 DAYS from the date of purchase shown on the sales receipt. During this period of time Champion Motorsports Group will, at its option, either repair, refund the purchase amount, or replace any original Coleman Powersports unit/part which is covered by this warranty that is proven to be defective in workmanship or material.
